Your care procedures, staff training, and admin records could help train the next generation of AI — and your community could be paid for licensing them. The check is free, you keep ownership of your files, and resident records are never part of this.

Rough estimate only, based on published AI data-licensing deal ranges. Licensing deals typically start around $50,000.
Four quick checks. If your community ticks most of these, the free check is worth your ten minutes.
Ticking all four? Take the free check. Missing one? It is still worth checking — communities with strong records have qualified below the usual size.
If your community has been running for years, you are sitting on records AI companies need — real-world operational data they cannot get from the public internet.
Care procedures and daily routines that show how your community really runs.
Training materials and onboarding guides built over time.
The policies and procedures that keep your community running smoothly.
Scheduling workflows, billing processes, and admin routines.

Start the Free CheckDo I keep ownership of my files?
Yes. You are licensing your data, not selling it. You keep ownership, and you approve the terms before anything moves forward.
What happens to our data?
Your data is de-identified before it is used to train AI systems. No resident names, no private details — only the operational know-how inside your records. Resident records are never included.
Does it cost anything?
No. The check is free, and there is nothing to pay upfront.
How big does our community need to be?
Communities with 25 or more people and good documentation are the best fit. If you have the records, it is worth checking — even smaller communities with strong records have qualified.
How do you get paid?
We are paid by the AI buyers, and only if a licensing deal closes. You never pay us anything — the check is free, and there is nothing to pay upfront.
How long does it take?
Smaller communities typically hear back within a few weeks. Once terms are agreed, payment usually follows within 30 days of acceptance.
What will the buyer ask about?
Five things: what kind of operational data it is, how many records and how many years it covers, whether your community owns it, whether it contains any personal information, and whether it has been licensed before. If you can answer those, the check goes quickly.
